Verizon Galaxy Note 2 - voice not working on bluetooth

I have been having trouble with using the voice typing while on my bluetooth. I then turned the bluetooth off and voice typing and commands work fine.
What's going on here?

I've noticed this as well, also when I'm in maps giving voice command for an address. Bluetooth phone calls are fine, but any other voice commands it's either a delay or doesn't work at all. Maybe a bug that will be fixed in 4.3. Supposed to be next week right?

It's never worked on any of my phones. It's one of my future hopes for every update.
Wired headsets work great.
