Verizon Galaxy s6 to work on Tmobile - Help

I have a verizon galaxy s6 and trying to get it to work on tmobile, the data specifically. I've looked up the APNs on this site and others and it still does not work, it does show either E or H, but it is grayed out. I can't seem to get the correct APN.

can somebody screenshot their settings and instructions on what to do after wards in terms of selecting network mode, etc.
