Verizon getting ripped apart on FaceBook

I believe you may be right there....I really dont think it matters how much we get on their wall to voice our displeasure...They are just going to keep the lock on the information until they are good and ready to release it, which is quite sad considering the number of truly loyal customers that they do have...I have good Verizon and AT&T service where I live and after dealing with AT&T's horrible customer service, I can say without hesitation that I would never go back to them for any reason. I am just as frustrated and I dont understand why they just dont tell us what the problem with the phone is that is preventing it from being released....at least at that point, we would have our answers and would be able to make an informed decision on whether or not we want to wait for this phone, or perhaps to try something else. Probably the worst product launch I can remember them having...

The person who manages their FB page does not have the authority to announce a release date. That comes from top management and top management alone, and you won't see anything on FB until the bigwigs give the green light

This has made my day. I've had to go to the Droid X because my blackberry just wouldn't function anymore after the drops. I was hoping the Tbolt would be here soon.

But damn, these Facebook comments are make the day. lol

I kind of agree with biff6789. Spamming the FB page is going to drive someone crazy who has little/no authority in decision making, only pr.

That being said, he may have to report to someone that has a little juice that they are getting blasted for TBolt info. Hell, Seidenberg himself may drop by once in a while to check things out. We are flipping a coin, but considering how easy it is to post and how much traffic that page gets, something has to give at some point...

Maybe I'm the only one, but I feel people may be overreacting just a bit. I'm not saying people don't have a right to be frustrated, but threatening to never buy another phone on Verizon again and switching carriers (have fun!) I think is a bit much.

I've learned my lesson with AT&T.... vzw is really the only option
