Verizon HTC M8 Marshmallow update -missing feature-

I just updated my phone to Marshmallow and judging from the Internet I realize that I missed a few features from the new update...

Such as... The new System UI Tuner and Personalized Lock Screen Message...
Both of these stuff are not available to me..

I just need a confirmation on whether other Verizon user have the same issue with me or not.

I didn't get the UI tuner as well. Can we some how convert back and reinstall the Marshmallow? Do you know.

I'm in the same boat: Verizon, HTC One M8, Marshmallow -- no Personalized Lock Screen Message, no System UI Tuner.

The only other thing I can think of that *might* be involved: I connect to a corporate Microsoft Exchange server, and whenever I setup that email on a phone, I have to agree to a bunch of draconian corporate policies on my phone. (pattern unlock is disabled, the company can remotely wipe my phone if they want, etc.)
