Verizon LG G2: Word on KitKat?

Tried dozens of times, the updater says it's checking my device info, then after the progress bar fills 3 times it quits and my only option is to close the program. My device never appears in the list and the update button stays grayed out

I have vzw kit kat thanks to today's update. And yes tap to pay is there.

I can't believe their being prejudiced on white models!

Not working for me...have a white g2...does the same thing that AZDroid is experiencing.. I have windows 7,does that make a difference?

I tried on Windows 8.1 and Vista, no luck on either

But others have had no problems with 8.1, frustrating

I got mine ota. I'm in ny I have a Mac so couldn't use computer software.

I was able to update by going into settings and checking for update manually. No glitches so far
