I originally installed PhoneFusion after purchasing my DNA because Verizon wanted to charge (like everything else) for their inferior Visual Voicemail. Has Verizon's Visual Voicemail gotten as good as other apps like PhoneFusion (which I have no complaints and frequent updates)? If I want to keep PhoneFusion on new phone will it work automatically if download app or does Verizon disable forwarding on new activations- thus making me reset up? Thanks for any input. I'd love to just have my PhoneFusion up and running.

I have been trying to set up Basic or Premium Visual Voicemail with Verizon for 3 weeks and after multiple store visits and calls to technical service was just told "a patch is coming" but Verizon dies not know when. Now I am being told I cannot return the phone because I am outside of the 14 day period even though I was told "not to worry - if they cannot fix this I could return it even after 14 days". Turn your Turbo in right away if you are having this problem!

Works great for me but I just switched to the free"Basic" version for my needs.

That's funny you are trying so hard to get yours to work and I somehow evidently accidentally activated my premium voice mail. I just wanted to do voice mail and it asked me if I agreed to the terms and I said YES (thinking it was the basic one). It appears to be the premium service because the next notification I got was that after 30 days I'll have to start paying for it. It's pretty neat but not something I'll pay extra for.
