You just toggle on / off "mobile data" .

But not sure if it's possible.. It may be with some secret menu. I'd wait till dpham is on he can probably post here and let us know.

Enter *#*#4636#*#* into the dialer and click phone info and should be drop down menu for selectable radios

Hidden menu is either not available on or blocked from dialer access on the Note 3. Unfortunately, it won't work with any 4G/3G toggle widget, either. Not sure why Verizon chose to do this.

This was blocked after the aws update. Before aws was turned on, you could use the menu. I posted a warning a while back about this for those that needed access to the hidden menu. If you still need it , you would have to root.
