Verizon Note 3: When will we have KitKat?

I really hope we get the update soon because it's getting really annoying having the best phone on the market, on the best carrier, not on the latest Android build. 4.4 doesn't change all that much, but it would still be nice to have it on our Note 3s.

Don't freak out, man. If banging your head against the wall is a productive and fulfilling use of your time then please continue. In the meantime I'll continue to focus on learning to make sushi. Of course I'll need to learn how to sharpen this new knife. I bought a fancy sharpening stone from Amazon and I'm getting good results but I think I can do better. I'm also finding that obtaining sushi grade fish will be harder than I'd originally thought. A city this size just does not have a proper fish monger. I am getting good at the rice. It's all about patience and pace. I think I've found a good balance there and the rice I'm using is quite good. I went to the Oriental Market the other day and it's crazy how much variety they have and how few of the ingredients I'd been previously aware. But hey, if I have to try ? bunch of things in order to find something that works then so be it. Perhaps I'll muster the courage someday to host a full on sushi party at my house.

Why are so many ppl in a rush to get this update? There are so many complaints going around about kitkat, that the last thing I want on my note 3 is a lousy update. In this case I'm glad Verizon is so slow to roll out updates. I want to make sure there is no bugs when I get 4.4.

Don't you thing that's both extreme and inappropriate? I am far from a prude but holy crap, man. Rape is the most dispicably violent things ever in the history of ever and probably shouldn't be used to in reference to a cell phone provider to whom we willfully give money.

For some reason I doubt it. VZW, had never seemed to be all that interested in allowing their subscribers to have the latest OS version.

Considering how much I spend on my phones {which I purchase out right) as well as what I pay for my monthly service, if VZW is still unable to generate a profit, shame on them.

They also seem to do okay with the iPhone which doesn't seem to have bloatware.

If you are going to use the iPhone not having bloatware then you should be blaming companies like Samsung for allowing Verizon to out the bloatware on it. There is a reason iPhones don't have bloatware, because Apple doesn't let Verizon touch their OS in those terms.

Sadly when we choose to be on verizon they choose to ignore, neglect and outright abuse their customers. Given the state of the wireless industry and the changes that are going on even verizon is feeling the heat. They are matching AT&T's pricing and moves so its a worthy game. As for Kit Kat I would like to have it as well but I also know my next phone will be in 6 months on the Note 4 which will either have Kit Kat or Lolipop or whatever they call it because if it doesn't then it will be June next year before the Note 4 gets it.
