Verizon Note 4 Unlock

I HAVE BOUGHT 2 NOTE 4 SM910v. I PUT MY MOBILE sim card and i have no signal and my sim card it is working good, i did the same on the second unit and still have the same issue. when I put the verizon sim card I have full signal but the case is that I want to use it with tmobile.
also tried to set mobile network on GLOBAL on GSM LTE, in fact I tried everything and i still have no signal.
I called samsung and they told me not all samsung phones are unlocked and this one apparently is not.
Now my question is WHO IS RIGHT?

Mine works on LTE I am in Portland / Vancouver area, have had no issues at all, yes I have the Verizon Note 4, and swap Sims alot, and my tmobile sim works perfectly, just have to change the apn to the tmobile settings.

My Verizon Galaxy Note 4 will allow phone calls only, it needs to be unlocked for data usage, I went to Verizon & even though I paid full retail price, they could not give me an unlock code because I no longer have a Verizon account, I switched to TMobile, does anyone know a way to unlock the data?

Verizon phones are unlocked because a deal with the FCC. They typically have GSM antenna so you can use the phone internationally but they should work on t-mobile or AT&T 2G network at least .

So, I was given a Verizon Samsung Galaxy Note 4; I put an active Sprint/Credo and it didn't seem to work at all. Is there a reason. I also attempted to go to a paid unlock site, and it said it didn't do Verizon's. Is that the reason?

Just a fyi, as far as I know att is going to turn off all 2g networks early 2017.

I just bought a Galaxy Note 4 Verizon and I put my T-Mobile SIM card in it and it works for phone calls and messages and everything like that just fine. However I cannot get on the internet. How can I fix this?
