Verizon Note 4 unlocked?

Is the Verizon version Note 4 SIM unlocked for use on other carriers? My S4 is unlocked and has both CDMA and GSM radios.
Does the Note have both radios also?

Really give a thought to ditching Verizon (lot's of data tracking) going to T-Mobile. I only pay $30.00 a month.

That's because T-Mobile uses GSM vs. CDMA on Verizon, and these technologies aren't interoperable with each other. So you'd have to use Sprint, which is the only other major US carrier that uses CDMA.

Take that back, the Note 4 has both radio types and thus can be used on T-Mobile. My mistake.

I've changed all the apn settings on my Verizon note 4 to try and use on cricket and no luck. Can't get it to recognize or get signal
