verizon note 5 loses time?

So occasionally my note 5 will think it is an hr eairler than it really is. Seems to be while its on WiFi. Any ideas?

It's randomly correct and randomly wrong. Just did it on cellular as well

This happened to me all the time with my Att note when I first got it. Tried everything before I finally got it corrected even though I forgot how. It was really weird..

Do you live or travel close to a time zone border where the phone may grabbing it's time from a cell tower in different time zone?
