Verizon note 9 bixby remap option

I installed the bixby update, but still don't have bixby key setting in the adnanced options under phone settings. Anyone any luck?

I have option in settings>advanced features.

I downloaded the update yesterday, it was there. There were several updates, I did them all. Bixby home, voice and vision. I remapped to the camera and it works great.
