lol I clearly wasn't, but to my credit I was entering my 11th hour of working and was perturbed.

Obviously, that can be done regardless of rom, phone, etc.

If this is the same package--and it appears to be based on file size (download from one of the links in my thread; same size, although the computer reads it at 41.7 lol)--then presumably they are the same.

Well apparently 4.1 (Jelly Bean?) has been pinging AC servers and it's on a leaked "photo" of the Nexus tablet specs...so maybe, just maybe...
