Verizon Pre-Order Thread.

On the 14th (Friday). I have my tracking # and it shows delivery on the 20th by 430pm.

Just called and the CSR dug into my order and said it looks perfect. I asked why no documents yet except for the device agreement and she it it will show when I get billed. She stated she has billed taxes for phones to plenty of accounts in FL. Also, only certain states allow this. I hope she's correct because if I cancel and reorder it'll be delayed by over a week.

I billed to account and order info and payment agreements show up on account. I also have tracking info from fedex.... /shrug

i wasnt gonna take any chances, i had no receipt, tracking or anything, so i cancelled and paid it and got all of those immediately

That's not a surprise, Verizon is always behind the 8 ball, just like they are with 5G

Hasn't shipped yet. It will either ship tomorrow or Wednesday. The verizon warehouse where they are shipping mine from is only 2 hours away, I want to go get it now! haha

Drive over, knock on the door and see what happens, be sure to wear a mask. You never know. I once tracked down a phone at a FedEx depot in Myrtle Beach on New Years Eve. They were kind enough to locate it for me.

I have a tracking # from the csr but still no action. The rep told me sunday that the label was made and gave me the tracking #, but when I try on my end i see nothing still. Phone "shipped" "8/15" . Pre ordered mines on the 10th

The Verizon rep is telling me that they aren't going to ship it until tomorrow, even though I have a tracking number and it says shipped on their website. The shipped date says 8/16. Why are they stalling? They're playing with my emotions.
