The Fedex plane just landed in Seattle, or at least the package was just scanned locally.

Probably safe to assume TSA would frown on me knocking on the warehouse door and picking up my own phone.

I'm starting to think that FedEx is holding the phones till Friday... Only 2 hours away and the tracking never updated since the first update. It was shipped out early in the morning from PA yesterday and didn't update after that... By now it should of updated and be in my area but there's nothing..

That's crazy because that's the time mine left from the same location but mine never updated to Newark yet... I only live 2 hours away from Coatesville from looking it up on Google. It should of arrived in NJ hours ago...

So my Glowing Note 10+ has been in Newark all day. What the hell is it doing? It's freaking Newark... So I Google the top things to do in Newark New Jersey, and here's the top 4 from Yelp...3 feature the word "escape" and the other is a virtual tour of New York City. What better proof do we need that nobody wants to actually be in Newark New Jersey!? Please get on a plane, a truck, whatever, just get out of there, phone! View attachment 307558

Today's the day! It arrived at Dulles at 1:30am this morning. Working from home today....

It has been my experience over many years that FedEx does a VERY POOR job with tracking information. If I had a $1 for every time tracking information made it seem that my package was far away or moving slowly then BAM it is delivered out of the blue.

Funny how the USPS seems to do a MUCH BETTER job with tracking information. I ordered a number of Note 10+ accessories from amazon. The amazon tracking show the delivery was pushed to tomorrow. The USPS tracking shows the items in my local Post Office soon to be "Out for Delivery".

Another thing for people to keep in mind. Here in my area of Eastern PA, FedEx uses "contractors" to deliver packages to homes. Some of these people drive old, beat up box trucks with pasted on FedEx signs. I see my 10+ left NJ a little before 4 AM this morning (if the tracking info is correct and timely). I am expecting another one of their BAM deliveries (ie no further tracking info until it is delivered).

Now hopefully one of my neighbors signs for my delivery like I asked them to. Really do not want my 10+ sitting on my front porch all day then getting taken or soaking wet with today's forecasted rain (if I sign a waiver).

Well I have good tracking with FedEx or UPS. USPS, that tracking is a nightmare. The first 2 show the stops during the journey so we know about the time line it will be delivered, the USPS shows leaving the facility and you see nothing else until it gets to your local post office. The USPS also uses contractors, they all do. If I have a choice I would pick FedEx or UPS over USPS every day for packages.
