I ordered the 256 aura glow on 8/8 through vzw. Havnt been charged yet and the website still says processing with a delivery by date of 8/23.

Has anyone that ordered the aura glow actually received their shipping, been charged or seen a change in their order details? Seems it's only the non aura glow orders.

Dunno, I ordered mine on 8/9 which is a day later than yours. However mine is the 5g Version that may have something to do with it, however nearly everyone around that date has already been charged.

I ordered two Aura Glows and was told it would deliver by the 23rd. I did a chat with Verizon customer Care this morning and they said we were delayed until Sept 10th. Hoping that's not true. Claimed the Aura glow is already out of stock.

We went with this one ...usually go with supcase or Spigen but we saw this one in flossy Carter's video and liked how they looked.

Been checking my order and it finally says it shipped(which I assume it’s generating label)

But, when I look at the tracking info, it’s telling me to check my email. The ONLY emails I got from Verizon was my new plan(new Customer) and to verify my email.

No email about tracking my phones have been found so far.

Anyone have any ideas? Hope my phones come in on the 23rd...

I've got a device ID number on my Verizon order page and a tracking number. Tracking says the order was picked up this morning and will be delivered Thursday!
