seems to me the preorder for the note 2 was sometime in october, but it didn't ship until end of november. at least that is my recollection, took freaking forever, but then i was chomping at the bit and not so good at waiting for what i want. i preodered the note 2 on my dumb phone line, then when it came i had to activate on that line, then i switched out the sim card for my line, then reactivated the old dumbphone to its original line. i plan on the same this time. there are many posts with that sort of info. i would think you could preorder for full price, but not sure i've ever really looked at that specifically.

Note 3 info tab takes you to Samsung phone order page but no sign of Note 3.

I am guessing they are scrambling because AT&T announced preorders right before. And they want to make sure their deal is competitive/comparable.

On with Customer Serivce now, they were told 20 minutes ago it would be up in 15 minutes, its' still not up. She is checking on what the status is.

The promo is $599 for GN3 + Galaxy Gear or $299 for GN3 by itself. Passing on the GG.

I tried it and it gives an error about cart being empty due to the type of order. What's funny is that my buddy was trying to order a SG S4 yesterday online and he couldn't because he kept getting that same error. Sounds like VZW programming screwed up the Samsung order page.

Do you technically have to "order" the phone to pre-order? Situation is I'm switching from Sprint to Verizon on my parent's family plan but I don't have their login or account details. So I'm guessing I'm SoL? Also, when I click on the 'Go to Devices' button, I'm not seeing the Note 3.
