The message from verizon is the same exact wording they have been responding to any email inquiries for the past several weeks with. And the quote about christmas was a joke. People have gone insane over this phone. Shame on verizon.

Well a second part of the leaked document has come true, expanding the LTE coverage (this first being the White RAZR).

So, going by some logic pointed out earlier in another thread, the two less significant pieces of news have come out, which could mean a Galaxy Nexus announcement could still come out today.

There is a reason to why VZWSupport has been tweeting this all day:

Don't worry about that announcement, they are probably just trying to make people stop calling them and asking them constantly. The fact that I played around on a demo unit last night that "they didn't have" is only proof that its coming tomorrow and they are just keeping their cards close to their chest on this one. Remember its not a DROID phone so they cannot market it as hardcore as they usually do.

Christmas day? No way. First stores stay open for thanksgiving now this. I will only half believe this, but it continues the trend. If this holds true Verizon has ruined my Christmas. It will be hard to tell my family I have to leave at 830 am to get my present from Santa who got stuck as a VZW store. That would be almost a month of the phone sitting in stores. I have never heard of such a thing.
