Verizon S10/+: Pre-Order Thread

NOPE.. I called verizon last night to complain, the initial representative you get literally know nothing at all. I had to argue with him for 20 minutes about the fact that its supposed to deliver on 3/8 and not ship out on 3/8. I got transferred to Telesales who then transferred me to "Internet Orders" where i finally got a lady who knew what she was talking about. She stated that it was wierd that I got my invoice on 3/4 but it still hasnt shipped yet but she didnt see any issues with the model/color I ordered (1TB Ceramic Black) or that she was aware of any backorders. She said she would send a message to the warehouse and that it should ship before the night is over and still make it to me by 3/8. I login to check the website just now.. and IT STILL SAYS PROCESSING.. im pissed, i ordered my phone 10 minutes after midnight on 2/21.. im about to call verizon again, and be on the phone for an hour just for them to tell me im not getting my phone this week.. -_-

This totally sucks. I pre ordered the same 1TB ceramic black on 2/24 and have a deliver by date of 3/12.
I'm starting to think that Verizon does not even have the 1TB phones to ship.

Wonder if any corporate stores will have the 1TB in tomorrow?

Mine is in town as well. Should be delivered to day but be aware of the INDIRECT SIGNATURE option. Your neighbor may end up with a shiny new phone.

"FedEx obtains a signature from someone at the delivery address; from a neighbor, building manager or someone at a neighboring address; or the recipient can also leave a FedEx Door Tag authorizing release of the package without anyone present."
 
Mine is now sitting at the FedEx building here in town... Hoping it gets on the truck today!
 
This totally sucks. I pre ordered the same 1TB ceramic black on 2/24 and have a deliver by date of 3/12.
I'm starting to think that Verizon does not even have the 1TB phones to ship.

Wonder if any corporate stores will have the 1TB in tomorrow?

Just called and spoke with internet orders again.. According to their records the phone is at the warehouse and has not shipped. They admitted that i should have had the phone in my hands by now, from ordering at midnight on 2/21.. Finally they are taking responsibility... smh... They opened an investigation on it to make sure it wasnt lost or stolen -_-. They said that they should have an update on the ticket in the next few hours and they will try their best to get it out today with overnight shipping. They said if for some reason it cant ship today they will try to work with a retail location so I can pick the phone up in store. So In my head im like great, what are the chances a store in MY AREA will have a 1TB Ceramic Black in stock...

The stores more than likely will not have the 1TB phones in stock.

Maybe Joe The Insider can let us know about this.

Guess you & I are the only ones to order the 1TB phone. :-\

I got mine last night. Mostly setup now. Tip for Quick Switch: use wifi option not cable. I upgraded from international unlocked S7 Edge to unlocked S10+ US version.

Needless to say it is an impressive upgrade for me. No real surprises.

I also got the earbuds. This is a very nice phone. It has Face Recognition, fingerprint, pin, and pattern unlock options.
 
I would contact them. Mine did the same thing and they said they were actually shipped together and just didn't update the second phone

I did and the *** clown had the nerve to say that I am lucky to even be getting one of them tomorrow and that the other one says it will ship out tomorrow 🤬

Did you do the Samsung smart switch or with how Verizon tells you to backup & transfer?

The Verizon website says I have a Deliver by date of 3/8/2019, but the order is still processing and my card has not been charged.

At this point, I don't think I'm getting my new phone tomorrow.

dude you need to call Verizon ASAP.. ask to speak to internet orders. read my posts above, theres something going on with 1TB models.. call verizon and see if they will let you pick one up In store.. it doesnt look like they even have them at the warehouse at this point...
 
512GB Ceramic Black, just got it. Haven't even taken off the back cover. Front screen protector is great too

Just called every local store around here and the managers say they will not be receiving the 1TB models in stores, online order only.
