NOPE.. I called verizon last night to complain, the initial representative you get literally know nothing at all. I had to argue with him for 20 minutes about the fact that its supposed to deliver on 3/8 and not ship out on 3/8. I got transferred to Telesales who then transferred me to "Internet Orders" where i finally got a lady who knew what she was talking about. She stated that it was wierd that I got my invoice on 3/4 but it still hasnt shipped yet but she didnt see any issues with the model/color I ordered (1TB Ceramic Black) or that she was aware of any backorders. She said she would send a message to the warehouse and that it should ship before the night is over and still make it to me by 3/8. I login to check the website just now.. and IT STILL SAYS PROCESSING.. im pissed, i ordered my phone 10 minutes after midnight on 2/21.. im about to call verizon again, and be on the phone for an hour just for them to tell me im not getting my phone this week.. -_-
This totally sucks. I pre ordered the same 1TB ceramic black on 2/24 and have a deliver by date of 3/12.
I'm starting to think that Verizon does not even have the 1TB phones to ship.
Wonder if any corporate stores will have the 1TB in tomorrow?
