Verizon S10/+: Pre-Order Thread

When I was researching preorder options for the S10+ I thought I remember reading that the 1 TB version of the S10+ was an online-only option, but I can't find that information anymore.

I just got a text from Verizon saying that my order has been received, and they just charged my card. Hopefully, you'll get the same message soon!

Glad to hear! I was starting to think the 1TB versions were never going to ship.
 
So on my account it still shows processing for the 128gb White version with deliver by date of 3/08... i contacted Chat to see what was going on and they basically just said it is still showing to be delivered tomorrow. So then I asked is it going to be shipped overnight otherwise IDK how I will receive it by tomorrow and they said it may or may not be delayed and could get it Monday and that date is just an estimate. How is DELIVER BY an estimate? the only way it would be an estimate is that it will be delivered "by" so it could be earlier. IDK how these companies get away with such terrible customer service. I know it is just a phone but they should change the label of the deliver by date then. They even had the nerve to tell me that it'll go by fast just like waiting for Christmas morning LOLLL
So you guys think I am out of luck for tomorrow? Still showing deliver by date of tomorrow.

Ordered from them direct because Amazon did not offer prime or have it in stock at the time. Have not heard a word from Whitestone or seen the item ship at all. Horrible customer service. Sent several emails with no response. They have a fake phone number & email address on their site. Been a couple of weeks now. Might have to do a charge back on my CC.

I'm in the same boat, ordered two and the black one will be delivered tomorrow and my white one is still processing. Chat said the white ones are on back order now 👎we will probably get it next week now

Same here. Might have to file a dispute with PayPal and get my money back. Maybe order from Amazon if they get them they will charge me when it ships not before.

Yeah it is just ridiculous how inconsistent they are and how little they know. They didn't tell me it was on back-order and of course the website still says deliver by tomorrow. You'd think they would at least update it...
Just weird to be on back order now when I ordered a week or so ago. They should've updated the website then to reflect it. I hate Verizon but not much I can do about it lol Let me know if anything changes on your end haha
 
Mine just arrived at the house!!! Of course I'm at work and have to wait till I get home to play with it. Grr!
 
Mine just arrived. Carrier Locked and everything :(

Financed s10+ 128GB. Popped my T-Mobile Sim into it and got a messaged that the phone doesnt support other carriers. Bummer
 
Got mine all set up and now starting smart switch to transfer and leave Apple for a bit lol
 
ended up chatting in again... they are still saying it shows as 3/08/19. But first they said it shows as ship by date but on my screen it shows as deliver by date. Then the guy said yes delivered by and I asked if they shipped overnight or same day then and then he said ship by... not holding my breath. Do they even do sameday shipping?
