So my claim for the buds through Samsung did go through so if you guys ended up cancelling your preorder and getting the phone In store but have your original preorder email I'd give it a try. Mine ship the week of April 15th so not for a month but seems like that's for everyone? Might come sooner who knows

I preordered in the store and I have contacted them twice about my phone cause it doesnt even give me a date just says they will email me soon and the cancel button isnt an option anymore. I'm supposed to get an email when its ready for pick up at the store. But the last time I contacted bb they said they have no idea when I'm gonna get my phone. Why preorder if you dont even get your phone the day it comes out or even know when your gonna get it. Anyone else having a problem knowing when you're gonna get your phone

Finally have my ceramic black 1tb in hand. Waiting for the phone to search through my iphone xs max to import everything over. Ordered the phone Feb 25th, and received today.

Just saw your post, but "yes,I bought the 1TB in White Ceramic, it just got here at about 7pm tonight (3/12th!) I had preordered on the 22nd! I feel like I'm one of the final few to get my preordered phone as! I wasted an entire day off,all day at home, waiting on FedEx. So, I'll have to set it up tomorrow after work! They definitely took their time. I won't be receiving the buds,via Samsung until mid to late April! Just really happy to finally have it!
Yeah but at least everyone seems to be getting their phones sooner than it seemed like they would! This whole launch has been a mess but this phone is so good! I've been with Samsung for yearssssss I've strayed in the past but always come back and this one finally just feels so good at everything and the battery life is amazing.its still not a "2 day phone" but never really expected or needed it to be but I literally can't get it to die before midnight. My pixel 3 xl dies by 5pm
Well I got my whitestone dome glass screen protector yesterday and it's nice but it does make the fingerprint scanner a bit iffy. Gotta push harder then with the one that came on it, but I can deal with it for the better protection. Not that I really ever drop my phone but better safe then sorry

Got mine in yesterday also. Think I'll stick with the factory plastic for a while though.
