I ordered the BOGO from Verizon early this week. Got the 516 in Pink s10 that I received yesterday and I'm still waiting for my white s10+ with estimated date of the 12th. My question is what is the deal with the earbuds? How do I go about getting them. I thought there would be info in my box...a rebate or something and there was nothing.

I believe that Samsung has produced these new phones in very low numbers. The carriers are taking orders for phones that don't have and can't ship.

Yea still says processing.Did you check the Verizon website? That's where I got my tracking # first.
Wife talked to the agent who placed the initial upgrade and told her our situation. She immediately canceled our pre-order, told us to come on in and within 2 hrs had my Galaxy prism blue and my wife the s10e pink. Suck it Verizon...we win you lose.

Mine is in town as well. Should be delivered to day but be aware of the INDIRECT SIGNATURE option. Your neighbor may end up with a shiny new phone.
