Verizon Samsung Galaxy Note7 Ordering & Shipping Information

I really do think that some of you (that paid for overnight shipping) should get a refund, if mine shows up today. It's showing to be on the truck, and I DID NOT pay for overnight. Either way, super excited.

How are we supposed to prove this to Verizon?

I'm in the 'stuck in Linwood' club today, too (at their 1500 Blueball Ave FedEx center)

I would be less bummed if I hadn't made sure to stay awake and place my order the very minute it was available on Verizon's site.

Sounds like the idea of 'first come, first served' is just a relic of a bygone era when customers mattered..

So I'm just going to assume I won't be getting it today or tomorrow. Mine departed Memphis at 5pm yesterday and no update since. I doubt it's in my state. Happy for those who is out for delivery but a bit jealous. Lol

People that got overnight shipping should not get a refund. That reason being that the phone does not even launch till tomorrow! So people who got their phones today was a bonus. Stop complaining, and breathe for 24 more hours.

When did Verizon say this? I was never told that. If you had requested overnight delivery most likely you would have gotten it a day early.

I can somewhat attest to what the original poster said. The week before the phone made its official launch in NY and London, I called Verizon once or twice to ask what information they could give me about preordering the Note7, how pre-orders worked, etc...and the reps said that pre-orders guarantee you'll get a phone on or before the release date, usually a few days earlier than the official release.

Why would you pay for overnight shipping. When I ordered all the shipping options showed the 19th as the delivery date.

I cheated, I have mine delivering to work. Of course might not get much work done when it gets here.
