If you choose to redeem for one of the two free items you must submit a form to Samsung. Samsung then hands it off to Prize Logic and then Prize Logic tears your heart out of your chest slowly for 8 weeks with their incompetence.

Ahhh, yes yes.. I'm going with the fit 2... the mem card I can talk my work to buy for me ( work phone) and just put it in my note 7...

On the plus side it brings customers from every carrier onto the same thread to be at odds with PL...and at times, each other.

Mine finally made it to Newark at 11:30am.... Def not getting it till tomorrow.

But.... fedex was super early today, they showed up at 11 am with a package for my son, so hopefully they do that again tomorrow. Even tho I did the digital signature, I don't trust them, and I leave for work at noon, and the wife leaves at 2:30...

The reason 2 Day shippers are getting their phone early same as next day is because fed ex at the local level are bending the rules.. not all... but by people complaining will ruin it for everybody next release.. as people will get dinged and everybody will follow it to a t... so id only complain that you didn't get it if you paid overnight ... I believe the reason I did by 1030 next day was to ensure a delivery on 8/19 by 1030 so I can goto work few hours late... other wise I figured free would be any time fri.. so I figured the 14 was to lock down a 1030am time frame.. but hey a day early is a bonus... let's not ruin it for next year! I know it sucks for those that will get it tomorrow but that's the expected delivery day... even my receipt from Verizon on order said 8/19 even tho I did next day, but it said by 1030. And it's easy for me to say cause mines out for delivery.. but let's not run to Verizon to complain or next release like this will be worse!

I went by the destination facility and she was like nope Verizon won't let us release these yet. Dangit!
She did also say there gas to be at least one delivery attempt before u can pick it up at FedEx.

Not sure why Verizon has such tight controls. I mean, you paid for it...if it's ready to be delivered or picked up, it should be.

So I ordered my Note 7 at my neighborhood Verizon Wireless retail store (not official Verizon store) the first day available for pre-order (8/3),and the rep told me that having it shipped to the store instead of to my house would get it a lot sooner. Been calling the store every day this week and they now say even if they did have the phone I can't get it til tomorrow. WTF? Why did I even pre-order then?
