No, no offers. You could have gotten a new note 5 instead of the S7 edge.
Samsung did good by their customers for the most part, I am sure some didn't get taken care of that's the nature of the beast. The replaced first phone let you keep the extra gifts you got and you were able to get another gift with the replacement phone. They gave you a $25 bill credit the first recall, and they allowed us to use another new phone while waiting for the replacement note 7.
The second recall they had you trade in your phone, refunded your money and you were allowed to get phone of your choice. You got another $25 bill credit, and if you got another Samsung device you got a $100 bill credit on top of the $25. And if you got the S7 line of phones you got yet another SD card and Vr free. The ones that used a S7 for a loaner got a free gift to if you took advantage of that.
Honestly, I don't think Samsung owes us anything else except a phone that the battery issue is fixed. I went thru both recalls, they sucked, but I feel Samsung did what they could. I know some probably slipped thru the cracks and got burned, but trading in your old phone and not having a back up is not Samsung's or your carriers issue, trading in your car is the same result, if the car manufacturer recalls that car, your old car is gone.
Now there were rumors that Samsung might do something for note 7 users when the note 8 releases, but this is the S8, not the note 8, will have to wait til note 8 drops to find out if those were rumors or fact.
