Anyone experiencing issues with retrieving text messages late?

I haven't noticed anything unusual. Had a couple of conversations going until about half an hour ago. (In NJ and using Yaata SMS, either of those matters.)

No issues here at all. Everyone on my plan has been texting today without a hiccup.

No Problem at all. (VZW Samsung N8 "Messages" app, NC/SC).
I use to use YAATA Pro, it's an EXCELLENT SMS/MMS app. I loved it but the Note 8's new Samsung messaging app has a lot of customization so I decided to stick with it. At least for now. The text app on my N4 had next to no customization.

Texting, no problems.

Yesterday, I did have a problem when calling other Verizon customers. I couldn't get a hold of my wife or a coworker, both on Verizon. At first I chalked it up to me being in Japan, but I managed to call another coworker who was on AT&T. After about 15 minutes or so, I managed to get through to my wife. We could text just fine. When my wife or coworker called me, or when I called them, the call would drop as soon as it was answered.

Thanks all, not sure what was happening but after a few restarts, it fixed itself. Notifications would show up all at one time and later than usual. Much appreciate the input.
