LOL I just called customer service to change my upgrade date from 5/22/13 to 5/21/13 so i can get the dna promo. the lady had no idea told me they had to do that in the store. i told her the store and what i read online said i had to cal you guys. she put me on hold then came back and was a law professor told me the contract was binding and the company policy and cant be changed. lol then told me call back and you might get a different answer. my wife upgrade is available i was going to upgrade both her line and mine now i think i might switch carriers tomorrow because that's when i go month to month.
