Verizon speeds on my note 3....not good

Last night sitting at home at 9:20 - 18.3D and 7.58U
This morning sitting at work at 8:10 - 9.83D and 2.44U

I work less than 10 minutes from my house, but clearly time makes all the difference.

I'm getting horrible readings....around 10-12 download and 2 upload....i had a gas from tmobile and would get 30-35 download and 7-8 upload.........i have the Verizon note 3
