I've been tethering with my Thunderbolt since I got it back in August, and was doing so with my poor old Eris prior to that, but with the 4G Thunderbolt I've had blazing 4G speed when I was using my tethered laptop. Recently, however, I've noticed that my speed on my tethered laptop is slower than usual. Usually, a YouTube video would load rapidly - now it takes about 3x longer than the video length.
Could it be that VZ has a way to restrict the data flow when tethered? The phone seems fine - just tethered speed is slow. Any ideas?
