Verizon TS Wants Me to Do a FR for "Wet Finger"/Screen Freeze Issue

I tested this with my GN/2014 Edition. It was flaky when I put more water on it than my phone has ever gotten on it, but as soon as I dried it, it was back to normal. Did the same thing with my S5 that literally freaked out jumping/blinking from one screen to another with lightning speed and then froze. Dried it but still wasn't responsive for 3 minutes.
