I performed a check. I've got 2 unlimited lines, so it'll cost me an extra $40 per month. I used 140GB with both phones combined last month. I've seen it as high as 180GB. Verizon's biggest plan is 100GB combined per month and it's well over $700. Even with the additional $40, I'm still going to be around $300, so I'll be staying on my unlimited data.

It doesn't surprise me. They are trying everything they can to take it from you. When I bought the Edge+ I called when I got it to have it activated since I added a line to get it.... because I have unlimited data. They Verizon rep on the phone told me I could not do that.... (I spoke with one when I ordered it, he told me I could do it).. the guy was going to ask his supervisor about me being able to swap lines.... I turned the phone on... that is it... he came back and told me I activated the phone on the line it came on and I canceled my unlimited data. I was pissed.... I told him no I did not because all I did was turn on the phone... that was it. Apparently now when you get a Verizon phone and it has an installed SIM card, all you have to do is turn phone on and it activates. After an hour going around and around with the rep, I got my unlimited data back. And I plan on keeping it... I use alot of data myself...
