Question Verizon unlocked, international dual sim

Looking for an unlocked phone that works with my Verizon account and has a second sim that I can use international GSM sim while in EU. Not wanting to pay the $10/day Verizon fee.

I don't mind a decent refurbished or used phone ( I've had good success with back market in the past) I would like to keep it under $400. Using an S20 plus right now.

The S20 won't work? I don't know all the specs for that model. If it doesn't work, there should be S22 or S23 models that are reasonably priced, unlocked, and support the international bands. Google Pixel 6 & 7 models will work also.

Thank you for the reply. I ordered a refurbished s21 5g that has physical and E sims. Hoping that will work. Someone told me that being unlocked, I can use the e-sim for my Verizon account and buy a physical sim while abroad. I hope that was good info.
