Verizon update FAIL: NOW S23 Ultra messed up incoming, outgoing calls and dropped calls. Anyone else experience this?

The Verizon/Samsung update for the S23Ultra FAILED every time. Started the Verizon/Samsung update multiple times. Have restarted the phone, have wiped cache partition multiple times, but now the phone doesn't receive most calls, doesn't allow me to make calls and drops calls.
Anyone have ideas?

No issues with our Xfinity S23U.
Xfi runs off the Verizon network, last I heard.
Perhaps a Verizon store could help?

My update 27 with Verizon failed several times as well. Haven't noticed any dropped calls or other issues. But still can't get the update.

This is an issue for tons of folks. Update fails after sometimes hours of downloading. However, this is the first I have heard of Verizon's/Samsung's failure on this update causing issues like calls not working. Mine failed several times before I gave up but the phone still works fine. Only silence so far as I can see from V/S to this point. Unless anyone has a like to a statement or something admitting their screwup?
