Been trying to setup Wifi calling on the S8+
It wants you to have a 911 Address.
And turn Wifi calling on.
Problem is that it does not put a symbol at the top of the screen showing you that it went to wifi calling.
And there is no symbol that you can turn off either.

With At&T on my S7 Edge on At&t I never had this problem.

It seem that verizon will not let you go to Wifi calling as long as you can get a phone signal.

If you go in a metal building or in a basement.
Wifi calling allows you as you know to use the wifi for your phone.

Has verizon always been like this.
Thanks.

Yep it's how they are .. not sure why. Some trick the phone by going into airplane mode then turning on wifi which forces wifi calling.

Well its like this.
I went into airplane mode.
It cut Bluetooth off and cut wifi off.

Went back in and turned off Airplane mode, and blue tooth came back on and so did wifi.
But it never showed wifi calling.

You need to turn your wifi back on while you are still in airplane mode.
