Vermont coverage (LTE Data)

Hey there Tmo fans!

After seeing the Tmo event I really start to question the unlimited plan. Now I live in an area that is set to be "Fair" LTE signal...What does this mean in real life? Any one else live in the North East Kingdom or even VT? I'm in the Grand Isle area....Anyways even if not in VT...If you map says "Fair" LTE connection then whats your experience been? I know its location depending but I'm thinking of dumping att even though they have been great to us.

Root Metrics tested there but this is older since it is only the 1st half of 2016 (not sure if they are working on a newer version since most places are listed as the 2nd half of 2016. It looks like T-Mobile was struggling then though so it may be the same still.
