Vertical lines

I have noticed when I am taking a photo near anything electrical I get vertical lines almost like a disturbance , I have to wait a few seconds for the lines to go away before I take the shot otherwise the lines show in the photo.

Anyone else experienceing this?

Yes, I had this occur on my moto x, only seemed to happen when I was in a room with fluorescent lights. After a second or two they would go away.

Depending on where I am at and how close I sometimes have to move to get the shot because the lines wont go away. This is the first smart phone that did this.
