Very Close To Buy The Nexus 6

Can you tell me some reasons to buy a Note instead of a Nexus 6? I think the S pen is vintage. Why using a pen in the Touch Era?
The Note 4 offers removable batteries and storage. Also, there are a lot of reasons to use the S Pen. I use it for input (as opposed to the keyboard), to replace pen and paper both at work and at home (I have a lot of S Notes), to annotate screen captures, etc. I love using the S Pen when I want it...and not using it when I don't. I'm not trying to convince you at all, just writing how its useful to me.

Thought I'll share a bit on my battery life.
Nexus can be very solid battery-wise when everything works as intended, here's a screen shot of mine, with medium-low usage:

And here is my battery life when one of applications decides to go full retard(censured-out friends face):

The 2nd one required me to reinstall facebook messenger and it was a bug on facebook developers side, of course had to google around to learn that, application never really bothered with informing user about the issue (which it should, simple notification saying that reinstall is required would save a lot of people a lot of time i am sure.. shame there's no replacement for that crap application for me, as most of my friends are facebook-only people).

Its a very nice phone. I checked it out first before buying it and it didn't take long to get use to the size. If the size doesn't bother you I think you'll really enjoy it.

I remember when I first saw people with the 5.7" Note and thought to myself, that's a HUGE phone - how do they manage it?!

Now, having had mine about 3 months, I don't even think of it as being a large phone. All the others just seem small.

I was amused the other day when I was going through some boxes in my garage and found my old Blackberry 8700. I remember how when I first got it it seemed very large. I swear, someone must have done some voodoo on it since, because it seems incredibly tiny now in my hand (the phone itself, not just the screen).

After six months, do you think is it still a good purchase? Don't forget a new Nexus will arrive in 6 or 7 months

Is there a way to disable encryption yet? I know that it came with it turned on and there was no way to turn it off.

I was considering waiting until the S6 came out, but after playing around with the Nexus 6 at the AT&T store last week, I fell in love with it. The 5.2" screen on the Droid Turbo I owned seems so tiny compared to my Nexus 6. I have no desire to purchase the S6 now. I'm going to hold off on purchasing a new phone until a new Nexus phone is announced later this year.

Congratulations! I'm sure you are enjoying your new Nexus 6.

I never noticed any speed issues on my nexus 6 so I'm happy to keep the encryption.

I have read there is a method to do that, but I am not sure if there's any point in doing so - the phone is butter smooth with it on.

And unfortunately, things like that happen frequently it seems on android. One day great battery life, the next, awful battery.
