very easy netflix! for CM7 SD card

Are there step by step direction on how to run CM7 off the SD card? Search function didn't come up with anything....

Tells me there is no applicationto open the apk. What do I need to run it? Running CM7 on an SD.

Thanks!

I just found it with es file explorer, clicked on it and it ran. There may be other ways, I am not very knowledgeable, and I also have superuser running.

This thread..
[ROM][CM7] Size-agnostic SD Card image and CM7 installer for SD Cards. with updater - xda-developers
has been updated with a new version that fixes a few things and makes installing CM7 + updates + Overclocked kernel. The overclocked kernel makes running flash video and Netflix run smooth as glass.
One thing I can tell you that isn't that clear is that all you have to do is burn the installer file to your sdcard..
then you can take all the relevant .zip update and overclock kernel .zip files and throw them as is on your sd card and when you boot from recovery they will all install themselves one right after another and after a first long boot your nook will be good to go.
Easy as pie.
At this point that installer is mature enough to make it dummy proof and takes almost no time at all so from this point on all of us nook color owners can rejoice.

Need help. Following the video with ES file explorer, when it says mount file system I get a "fail to mount" box. any help would be welcome. thanks

I just found the file in the downloads folder, clicked on it, and it asked if I wanted to install it, and I said yes. Do you have superuser enabled for es file explorer? And go to the settings of es file explorer and enable root explorer and mount file system under root options. if you find the problem, let us know so others can be helped.

also be sure to enable apps to be installed if they weren't downloaded from the Market.
To do this: Settings>Applications>Check the box next to Unknown sources.

thanks, for the suggestions. I had to uninstall the unmodified Netflix app and then allow non-market apps. So I got it installed, but now I have another issue. When I try to run Netflix it keeps telling me to make sure the time and date are correct, which they are. I cannot get past that error.

any ideas?

Did you download Flash 10.3 from the market?

I have Netflix running but it sound like it is dubbed in chipmunks! How do i fix this? i have the cm7 sd load from the XDA site so it has all three of the install. Someone posed earlier that that would fix it but it doesn't. Does the builds prop fix this?

I had this also after installing CM7 to eMMC, using the latest nightly and the 5/23 OC kernel (I think it only occurs with the 2.6.32 kernel). Modifying build.prop does fix it.
