Very Simple Barcode Scanner App?

I've gotten wrapped around the axle browsing for bar code scanner apps. Everything I've looked at has all kinds of bells and whistles, but I'm looking for something very simple. All I need to do is:
o scan a bar code to a spreadsheet or .csv file
o transfer the file to a PC

I don't need extra fields, I don't need QR capability, I don't need to link to shopping sites or find prices, I just need to scan a bar code, capture the numeric data, and get it into a PC.

Can anyone help?

Thanks. I looked at that one but it wasn't intuitively obvious from the on-line description that it made a csv file. Question: is there any way to stop the app from going to the web every time it scans? I don't need it to get any information about the product the barcode represents. All I want is for the app to put the scanned barcode into the csv file.
