Viber all seems loaded correctly and appears to 'ring' but does not work.

The activation code came for the mobile via SMS but when I went back to Viber instthere was no opportunity to add the code. I have started a Desktop install afterwards and loaded the activation code OK. That does not work either. I also paid 9.99 for Viber Off. I do not want to lose this by reloading. I may have an issue with the activation code again anyway. How can I make my account active?
