Viber issue Galaxy SII Gt-i9100P to Blackberry

when I try to send a message or call using galaxy s2 gt-i9100P to a friend with VIBER on blackberry, it does not allow.
but when I tried using a Galaxy S3 Gt-i9300, it allows sending, calling and receiving messages.
Please help.
