i use Samsung galaxy s3,after disable mobile data or wifi ,when i use regular mesgs A message is displayed viber is unfortunately stopped to work and causes problems in the regular texting
Please give some solution
i install and reinstall many times

Well, I think you are not only the one person that has reported the issue with the Viber application, I would say why don't you report it directly to the Viber developers. And yes, try clearing the cache and the data stored by the viber application. Hope this might work out for you !
