Viber: Not able to buy and download new stickers

HI,
I have bought and downloaded many stickers of viber .

But now when I go to sticker market it's just show loading... and nothing loads

I have uninstall and reinstall many a times

earlier it was working perfectly fine.

even now all my old purchased stickers are downloaded easily but not able to go to the sticker market and buy new.

I am on 4.4.2 version

initially some one month back this problem was not there.

Hi Max,

This is a known issue that we are currently investigating.

While we look into it, please try the following:
- Clear your phone's cache
- Uninstall and re-install Viber*
- Try loading the Sticker Market over a different internet source (If you are using 3G, try different Wi-Fi networks)

*Uninstallation will delete your call and message history. To learn how to back up your messages before uninstalling Viber, please read here: Viber | Create a backup file of your messages

I also had the same problem on Android 4.2.2, Samsung Galaxy S4 with different Viber versions (after updates)

Following the solutions in the ViberTeam post, here's the results:

- Loading the Sticker Market over a different internet source - did not solve the problem.
- Clearing the cache for the Viber app - actually solved the issue!

Now I'm able to load the Sticker market again.

I have the same problem and dont know how to "Clear the cache for the Viber app " I have a samsung galaxy s 5 and need help.

i did clear the chache but i still didn't get the vibe sticker to load
