Vibration Problem(followed previous posts not working)

Hi all,

my wife just got a droid1 and I am getting my droid on Fri , and there is a bugging issue that we cant seem to resolve.

I set her phone to virbate always no matter if on silent or not. and on messaging to vibrate always.


When she get's a first text it will vibrate Bzz..Bzz.Bzz for 1-2 seconds and green light will flash good.

but when she get's another text from same person or another person it doesnt vibrate.

is there a way to do that because not all the time she will be able to see the green light.

Also is there a way to change the green to be a red light?

Motorola DROID 1- 2.2 UNROOTED/UNFLASHED/STOCK

also has anyone had any luck using sms migrator to get sms' from Blackberry > Droid. does it overwrite newer messages on droid or odes it just append.
