Vibration problems

Has anyone had any problems with vibrating not working right? Mine barely works when I get a phonecall. I've been checking the settings but I don't see anything missing.

I tried to use *#0*# to text it but the test menu wouldn't show up. It shows up on my flip 5 though.

Did you have certain app disable for an alert? You can control how each app will notify you.

My phone is set to vibrate when I get a call. It doesn't. My settings are the same for the flip 5 and my brother in laws fold 5. Well as far as I can see that they are. Mine won't vibrate.

But I can't even go into testing mode either. That's weird. I'm unlocked but on Verizon. Did Verizon disable *#0*#?

It wouldn't surprise me if they have disabled it.

Try opening the Samsung Members app and select Support (bottom right) > Phone diagnostics > Vibration (among a whole host of tests.

Check this settings for calls and also put in safe mode if in the members app/device care diagnostics menu shows ok for vibration

Didn't work. I think it's hardware, which means I'm going to have to get it checked out to get fixed
