Video and audio not in sync.

I watch movies and stuff on my phone and I notice that my audio isn't in sync with the video and it's really bothering me.

I'm certain it isn't my internet because it does the same else where, nor is it my device because it does the same on my brand new tablet. Is it a site issue? If it is my device or internet in case, how do I fix it?

(I use an LG G4 and a Amazon kindle fire 7)
