Video battery life question

Going on a road trip this weekend and I'm hoping to get some movie watching done in the back seat. Curious which of the internal drive, usb or micro sd is most efficient. Does it even matter since they are all flash memory?

Efficient as in speed? If so, The internal will be more efficient since it's directly accessible. The others would be as then USB,however personally I would use a USB since they're generally able to hold more.
