Video Call Button in Contact

What is this new video call button and how can I add it to other contacts?

Video calling depends not only on your phone and carrier supporting it, but also on the recipient's end supporting that as well. If a contact shows the video call button and others don't, that means that contacts without it cannot support video calling.

Also check with your carrier and the person you'd be calling as Video Calls (making and/or receiving), depending on your plan, might have extra costs.
