Video Call to iPhone

My wife and daughters have Verizon iPhones. How can I make video calls to them from my Xoom. Do they (I?) need to download another app?

I'm getting FC's on Fring as well. You could try Tango maybe. I'm not too impressed with the video quality of Tango, but it works.

I tried Tango with my Xoom and my wifes iPhone, and while it works per se, the video I'm getting is upside down. Weird.
