Video for your Note?

Have you pulled any UHD video down to your Note 4 to see its capabilities? I downloaded the video below via Keepvid.com and the picture on my note is AMAZING! What I like best is you can download 1080p or 1440p (I prefer 1440p since that's the Note 4's best) and then bring it down into your device. Also, just as an FYI, I'm using VLC Beta to play the video if you're looking for a decent video player (The stock video players don't have the right codecs). I wish the Youtube app allowed playback in at least 1080p, but since they don't, I'm using this just to showcase the Note 4's awesome screen.

As I've just said in another thread you can watch higher res videos on YouTube if you don't use the app and use chrome and then search for youtube on the net,then give this video a try - Costa rica in 4k

I justed used a vid downloader from my deskton and dl all the 4K I want from youtube and tx to the phone. screw the 1400.. I'm all 4K baby.. woooooooo

I found a few places to dl 4K sample videos directly to my Note for the same reason. Timescape is amazing.

Yeah, I can also view them from Firefox with the Flash plugin, but I'd rather play something that was embedded. When I bought my HTC Rezound, they had an HD Ellie Goulding video to demonstrate the phone's capabilities. I just figured I'd go ahead and download something straight to the phone.

You know that the phone can only play up to 1440 right? And even more, the human eye can't even see up to 4K.

I saw your thread. Tried it, and the video becomes just choppy enough to not want to watch it. Any ideas why that would be?

of course... until you zoom in the videos. I played one of the 4K youtube vids for the wife and then zoomed in while playing to show how clear and perfect the picture was. She got all jealous.

I dont know if people can see all of 4K but if there was no difference then there would be no 4K. People would not make 4K recording devices, 4K tvs would be useless and why do many computer guys push it. Its not just the pixels but pictures just look better(color,saturation, etc) on 4K.. There was a link I posted awhile back and someone can youtube it but it shows the reason why 4K looks better even being on a 1080p screen
